Congratulations to all of our winners.”

Vector Solutions is the leading provider of training and software solutions to help schools make their operations and communities safer, smarter, and better. Its online Diversity and Inclusion Courses for Middle and High School students help schools create an environment where diverse students and staff members feel welcome, safe and supported. By covering baseline definitions like “diversity,” “stereotype” and “microaggressions,” as well as concepts like anticipating impact, using up-to-date and inclusive identity terms, and ways to stop microaggressions, the courses help students develop skills to support inclusion both in and out of school. The judges called the Diversity and Inclusion Courses “a unique solution for a very important and relevant topic.”

“Creating a positive, supportive school environment is key to having safe and healthy schools,” said Rob Buelow, head of product for education at Vector Solutions. “The goal of our Diversity and Inclusion program is to help create an environment where students and adults understand and respect difference, and can communicate thoughtfully about issues happening in their schools and communities. We are honored to be recognized by Tech & Learning for this work.”
