The Golden Lamp Awards are one of the educational publishing industry’s most prestigious honors. The integrated online Teachscape Effectiveness Platform provides district and states with tools for classroom observation and evaluation, professional learning, and talent management and supports the development of effective teaching practices throughout an educator’s career. The platform is comprised of the Teachscape Focus, Teachscape Reflect, Teachscape Learn and Teachscape Advance systems.
The DAAs honor the best in a range of product types and resources used by teachers, parents and students. Teachscape Learn was recognized as a finalist in this award for the professional development category under educational leadership. Teachscape Learn is a video-rich professional learning system that helps teachers and administrators reflect on practice, collaborate with colleagues, and build relevant skills. It includes a research-based PreK-12 course library, online learning communities, video capture and sharing tools, and personalized learning plans.

Teachscape Reflect is a complete observation and evaluation management and reporting system that delivers actionable feedback to teachers and streamlines the evaluation process for administrators. It combines walkthrough data, lesson observations, and video-based observation data with measures of student learning, surveys, and artifacts for a holistic view of teaching effectiveness.
