New PublicSchoolWORKS Analytics Tools Increase Understanding of Training Progress for K-12 Administrators
PublicSchoolWORKS introduces new analytics features to provide deeper insight into safety and compliance training
Cincinnati, Ohio (June 12, 2019) — PublicSchoolWORKS, the number one provider of complete, online safety and regulatory compliance programs for K-12 schools, today announced a series of enhancements to its Staff Training System that will enable school administrators to easily monitor training progress and make decisions based on data to ensure teachers and staff are prepared to meet today’s school safety challenges.
Ensuring all teachers, administrators, and ancillary service staff complete mandated training courses is essential for employees to apply safety best practices and for districts to avoid potential liability and costly fines. The latest enhancements available in the PublicSchoolWORKS Staff Training System make training completion data more accessible and actionable so administrators can keep their district safe and compliant.
“It is critical that districts maintain compliance with federal, state and local training regulations,” said Steve Temming, President of PublicSchoolWORKS. “The reports and graphs within our Staff Training System enable administrators to better track training progress and more effectively address their district’s training needs.”
Administrators can now log into their Safety Portal and see real-time graphs and enhanced reports to get an “at-a-glance” view of their district’s overall completion rates, as well as filter data by new parameters such as training period, site, occupation, and department. Administrators can use the new reports to follow up with employee supervisors more quickly to reinforce the importance of staff completing training.
The tool also provides easy access to important district training statistics that district leaders can use to communicate the status of their safety program to their school board and community.
PublicSchoolWORKS will host a free webinar on June 27 at 1 p.m. ET, where they will showcase the new analytics features and other new and exciting updates and enhancements. Click here to learn more and to register.
